This rustic cabin is located in the woods, immersed in nature, and you will likely see and hear woodland critters. This includes bugs! We do have pest control, however. 2. Bears are infrequent visitors of the cabin but please be aware! While they are truly an unforgettable sight to see, you will need to be sure you keep your car free of food and doors locked AT ALL TIMES. Do not approach or feed the bears. 3. This community is very quiet and has lots of character. Please enjoy it! ★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★ Simply input your personalized code to the smart lock and enjoy the cabin. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED★ We love those little (and not so little) pets. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. If you sneak in a pet, you will be charged an additional $250 and asked to leave. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1000 fee for odor removal, and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
